I'm at a loss as to what to do here next. The 2 outer ones read a USB fine, but the 2 inner ones spit out a Windows code 43 error. I've checked the Keyboard and Mouse on another system and they are fine, however, I have 4 front ports on my machine.

I have researched all of the help in articles posted here, IE: turn off the power management within the (after market) mouse, uninstall the HID mouse'/keyboards and reboot (allowing Windows to re-detect and reinstall the drivers). Razer has a Synapse, it is updated and no luck there either. I have flashed my motherboard to the latest bios and updated all the drivers. Thoughts have been and pursued on the Motherboard and Razer products. Today on a wing and a prayer with no luck). Here's the tricky part, I've only ever plugged into my USB 3.1's until this issue arose about a month to a month and a half ago (plugged into my USB 2.0's This is on both my Keyboard and Mouse under the "Standard PS/2 Keyboard" and "Microsoft PS/2 Mouse".
